Perhaps a question for the legal scholars here?

If Fani Willis indicts Trump on RICO charges, can the Feds take over the case from her?

Can Jack Smith take over a RICO investigation?

Some are expecting the indictment to come down in Georgia this week, perhaps even today?

Would a RICO investigation continue into the next Administration, no matter if it is Democrat or Republican?

Stuff is happening really fast, it seems.

Since I have watched several episodes of Perry Mason I will give my opinion.
First we need to circle back to the beginning and take into consideration what we think is the best way to open a new page on wether the situation has anything to do with the current state of the investigation.
Then and only then can I give an educated guess as to what my opinion will be.
