* Employers wanting to deny religious accommodation will have to demonstrate that the accommodation would be a hardship rather than a mere inconvenience;
* Government cannot force artisans to violate their religious beliefs; (I cannot resist adding that this decision means that a Hindu website designer could not be forced to do a website for a butcher shop that sells beef, nor a Muslim for a butcher shop that sells pork chops and roasts)
* President Biden violated the plain provisions of laws pertaining to when selected student loans can be written off.
I can understand why two cases upholding the rights of religious people would PO DU's many anti-Christian and -Jewish bigots.

Based on this loan forgiveness I should be allowed to buy a house and a car and run up credit cards and not have to pay them back.

Maybe Joe Briben will run on mortgage forgiveness or car loan forgiveness in 2024. I wouldn't surprise me.
