COVID vax mandate question for any lawyers
This is settled caselaw, which doesn't mean as much as it used to, but I am curious about something which I don't know that I ever heard raised in any reporting on the various lawsuits.

Could it be argued, in theory with any degree of credulity, that a COVID vax mandate violates one's Civil Rights?

Could it be argued, in theory with any degree of credulity 1.. that a COVID vax mandate violates one's Civil Rights 2.?

 1. :rotf: Thus sayeth Mrs. Malaprop! :rotf: Either DU-member Kennah chose to use the wrong wrong word or misspelled "credibility" so badly that spell-checker suggested the wrong word ... and DU-member Kennah thought it was correct. :rotf:

 2. Since, IIRC, courts have ruled against at least some vax mandates, maybe DU-member Kennah should use that sophisticated tool Google to find those rulings.

The mandate DEFINITELY violated our civil rights. No doubt.

Well now. Only 7 responses from the Island Inhabitants. Seems they want nothing to do with conversation that might cause a ruckus at the Island Tiki.

If they had had their way, probably most DU-Denizens would have Covid vaccination mandated for all Americans, including annual boosters. So posting actual reasons/arguments for "a COVID vax mandate (being a violation of) one's Civil Rights" would at the least precipitate a significant dust-up, and might even be ban-worthy.

Im shocked each member doesnt have a "badge" (like a reddit-style badge) that indicates their vax status. But im guessing the 1990s forum software, running on a Mac Quadra 800, couldnt handle the extra load.

(For the record, I had a Quadra 800 at one time.  :p)

Maybe we should sell them a badge with additional bronze stars to indicate extra booster’s..it would be their booster badge of honor  :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :-)
With an additional ribbon to indicate how many months they wore a mask  :-)
