What is this "SPENDING" of which you speak, DUm'Rat? "SPENDING" usually requires something of value to exchange for the goods and/or services you want.
By contrast, the government has been taking between $500 Billion and $2.5 Trillion more in goods and services than they had coin in the Treasury to pay for; for AT LEAST the entire 40+ years of my adult life. Do that out here in the civilian world, and it won't be long before you're facing serious "pound you in the ass" prison time on the other side of EMBEZZLEMENT or FRAUD charges; sure as hell not the 50+ years that #JoeTheFraud and the rest of the UNIPARTY has been defrauding the US taxpayers.
Might help if you actually learn the definitions of the $2 terms you're going to throw around, DUm'Rat. :whatever:

That's not how Federal spending works. US Presidents do not have a line item veto, nor can US Presidents refuse to spend $$ Congress allocates.
As for "brown people", evidently DU-member lastlib is so ignorant about Rep. McCarthy that (s)he is unaware that McCarthy's district is over 52% Hispanic, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California%27s_20th_congressional_district . :rotf: Unsurprisingly ignorant, but still :rotf: .

That's not how Federal spending works. US Presidents do not have a line item veto, nor can US Presidents refuse to spend $$ Congress allocates.
