Alito's whines are really sad. This asshole is a partisan hack who lied to the Senate when he was confirmed. This asshole has violated the basic principles of stare decis and deserves to be called out

The left: The draft leaker is a hero!

Also the left: The leaker could well have been a conservative trying to ensure the justices stuck to the leaked opinion.

Whom to believe?

I also like how the MSNBC writer says he finds the theories about a conservative leaker credible, as if that means anything. :whatever: Sort of like when the dems say someone has been "credibly accused".

Stare decisis is absolute? So Brown vs. Board of Education wrongly overturned Plessy v. Ferguson? MadCow knows less about law than does this electronic engineer.
