Given the quality of DU-folks' "news" sources, I'm guessing the lack of an actual crime is the key factor. Slime isn't the same as crime.

They obsess over this guy so much.  Just another blowhard politician who embellishes his life, like Joe Biden.  I never read the threads about him, so boring.
