At what point would IRS start looking into trump's income tax?
If there's evidence that he filed false business records to hide a crime, then it certainly seems likely that he knowingly filed false deductions on his income tax for those years.
Fox News may confuse viewers with "if they can do this to him, they can do it to anybody" bolony, but EVERYBODY understands what happens when you cheat the IRS.

1. I would ask a different question
Why hasn't the IRS investigated Trump's tax fraud?

2. A trump humper headed the IRS up to oct/22 and not sure if repukes
are blocking Bidens choice or if a new one has been voted in but the deputy director was in charge after oct. Hopefully they will get their act together and go after the orange slug

3. How do we know they aren't?
Obviously it wouldn't have happened while one of TFG's stooges was heading the agency, but it could happen now, and we wouldn't know because those investigations aren't public while they are in progress - assuming there aren't enough lower-level stooges still in the agency to throw sand in the gears.

How about: "What makes you DUmpasses think the weaponized IRS of the Reggie Love's Li'l Bitch and #JoeThe Pedophile regimes haven't been over Deh EEE-BIL Orange Man's tax returns in even greater detail than Trump's accounting team did before they were submitted, looking for anything they could use against him already?"
Why the hell else do you think the #JoeThePedophile regime is so desperate that they'll try this indictment stunt? They've got NOTHING on the man.

I'd think with the massive complexity of Trumps return, he'd be subject to audit every year.

Wouldn't surprise me. And that just reinforces my point: they got NOTHING to use against him.

Weren't Trumps taxes released to the sham J6 committee and they couldn't find anything? They tore them apart and came up with zero, zilch, nada, nothin...

The DUmmies must think that Trump does his own taxes. He doesn't. He pays beancounters to do it for him. They are professional tax preparers and probably wouldn't risk their careers abetting tax fraud.

They don't think the IRS has gone over Trump's tax records with an electron microscope? :thatsright: :whatever:

IIRC, Trump became CEO of his Dad's company in 1973 and had worked for the company before that, so the IRS has probably been auditing Trump's taxes more or less every year or three since the early 70s or late 60s.

Precisely. For at least 50 years, Trump Et Al. has been under the investigation of any and every alphabet organization.
The latest accusation were declined by the FBI, CIA, Election Finance,... im sure someone else. They all had the same response. "No".

A private company the size of the Trump Organization also have a slew of internal accountants who audit their own taxes. Additionally, if the Trump Org. did ANY business with the government (involving over 750k) they would be subject to an annual A-133 audit.
President Trump was apolitical and ambiguous in his political leanings until he ran for President in 2015. It is difficult to determine or know if the company had been audited frequently by the IRS, nor #45 personally. All speculation, which libs enjoy doing.
