On the Laura Ingraham Show, Chief Obama supporter and member of his national finance committee, Howard Gutman, insisted that Governor Sarah Palin was a bad mother because she is running for higher office.

I would usually ignore this as more background noise from the chauvanists and bigots in the Democratic Party, but I'm posting this because of who Howard Gutman is. Or was.
Howard Gutman was the lawyer for Susan Rosenberg, a member of the Weather Underground was charged in the Brink’s case, but not tried because she had received a 58 year sentence in a weapons case involving 740 pounds of dynamite intended for bombings. Trying her on the Brink’s matter therefore seemed unnecessary to prosecutors.
She served 16 years before Bill Clinton pardoned Rosenberg at the end of his Presidency.

Many of the people from the metropolitan area were white-collar criminals who had committed financial fraud or similar acts, including Marc Rich, a commodities trader wanted for evading nearly $50 million in taxes. Mr. Rich's ex-wife, Denise Rich, was the host at a sumptuous Democratic Party fund-raising dinner last fall that was attended by President Clinton. Mr. Rich has been hiding in Switzerland since 1983.
Surrounded by friends, Ms. Rosenberg walked out of the Danbury Correctional Facility in Danbury, Conn., yesterday after a letter signed by Mr. Clinton was delivered to the warden in the early afternoon, said her lawyer, Howard Gutman.

That should resonate nicely with women - again a woman with young kids who runs for office is a 'bad mother' but nobody says anything about the dads in office.

Yet Nancy Stretch Pelosi was up there in January of 06 with her kids and grandkids saying she can run the country and take care of them?? But Sarah Palin can't? Fudge the libs, they know they got nothing now on this election. A lot of people once mesmerized by Obama's "pretty words" are taking notice at the shit slinging the Barackalamadingdong's camp is doing.
