The charges listed on Trumps warrant are still viable.

The investigation into the Biden documents should not have any bearing on them. Some of the charges listed are, concealment, destruction or falsification of records in a federal investigations, obstructing a Federal investigation.. These are very serious charges. Biden has not done any of this.

In a way the appointment of a special counsel in the Biden investigation is a good thing. Hopefully they can wrap up , clear Biden quickly. Then perhaps Smith can bring forward charges in his investigation. The Republicans may be celebrating too soon.

I agree with the DUchebag. The only thing is to strike through the documents "President Trump" and replace with "Joe Biden. That would save manpower and time.

Also as Vice Picklebrain, Biden has no, none, zip legal authority to declassify anything.
