So I was in MAGA LAND today
LilBit and I always are, for record, it’s where we live. I was at my AmVets club, taking my Hour or 2 a day to talk to Adults, before I pick up LilBit. I call it “ practicing my English”, is LilBit is no. Verbal
And the bartender whispered at me , you must be Democrat, so am I, how are you so comfortable in here? I just said watch.
And I just said to all there, “what is the first thing you remember as a child?”
I heard, Pearl Harbor, JFK being killed( my first) all the way to 9/11,
The whole club was inputting, and listening. And the bartender said to me, “ how did you just do that? Bring this club into a conversation?”
I told her,
“ I know people, I didn’t bring up a belief strongly, I just made a statement that ALL people have an opinion on, and 100 percent of people, have a human opinion. I made a simple,HUMAN OPINION statement, and I let them run with that. Then I brought up media and why we believe what we believe”.
And it was that easy.
90% of humanity are still humans.
GOTV is what we need to do, but, we don’t need to go looking for confrontations.
We just gotta be US, smarter, more caring, more logical.

You're right. I should have added the qualifier "where there were lots of people who vehemently disagree with you politically".

2. Why were the whole bar's first memories major news events, not more personal events and places?
