Well, it was a good enough title for Hitler, so there is some precedent for people earning it for their negative effects on the world.


BTW, is malaise trying to copyright this pellucidly clear thing?  A little SEO that she thinks will draw more attention to her when someone searches for a random obscure synonym?

Time reserves the "Person of the Year" designation for the person/idea/group/thing that:
