Any bets as to the first "voter fraud" whiner?

Ron Johnson started the "voter fraud" whine yesterday, but who do you think will be the first election loser to to scream "voter fraud" and refuse to concede?

Those aren't the droids or election deniers you're looking for! My odds on favorites would be Stacey Abrams, maybe Kathy Hochul, Mandela Barnes, John Fetter "Woman", or Mark Kelly.
