I hope this will not seem too bitter:

I hope that Elon chokes on twitter
No more will I retweets read
I'm now a part of the big stampede
That's fleeing Twitter's MAGA taint
In hopes of posting where there ain't
No rightwing whackos on the stump;
No psychopaths named Donald Trump

That's all I've got; there ain't no more
'Tis pity Elon is a whore

I guess Flatus is less than happy about Twitter's ownership change? Poor baby.

I don't think this poem is worth a damn but I'll withhold final judgement until California Peggy--the Poet Laureate of democrat underground--weighs in.

Does anyone here remember this masterpiece?

My newest poem....**Caution! Erotic content!**
Such strength

The masculine facade

Sharp flashing eyes

Tender fingers and tongue

The man dominates me.

His body, his mind

Overcome me.

He strokes, and licks, and drinks me.

And then he enters

I open and yield myself

I surrender to his strength, his passion.

My mind is overcome with what I cannot tell...

But it’s wrong

I dominate him.

For at the last–who yields?

At the peak of passion

He empties the aching seed

Into me...

6. I left years ago, however...

I still had a business account. Deactivated today once I found out Musk was its new owner. People should deactivate their accounts enmasse. I hope it goes down in flames. And yes, I'm bitter that a pro-Putin POS was allowed to purchase a widely used public forum. It does not bode well for our democratic republic. As for your poem - make it so!

As far as this goes, two thoughts.

1. So now Elon is pro-Putin? Lurking Mutts, grow up. Everybody you disagree with, pro-Putin does not make them.

2. The fits of rage and insanity that has been displayed over the last few weeks in regards to Elon buying Tweeter, might be one hell of a foreshadowing of whats to come in just a couple weeks. I cant wait to see the DUmp melt down come midterms night.

9. For me, a dream come true.
Er, so to speak....

A different aspect of CaliforniaPeggy is revealed to the world. There's no going back.

I always thought "Peg'n California" was a more appropriate name. Just say'n

Ignoring the absurdity of pro-Putin POS, under what law could a law-abiding citizen be denied the right to buy a publicly traded company? You don't even have to scratch a DUmmie to find their inner fascist tyrant.

It reminds me of their mantra that people voting republicans into office is anti-democratic (they may not use those words, but it's definitely implied).
