4 a.m., can't sleep
I'm in trouble, sinking under my medical and other expenses.
I paid off one of my hospital bills for my 2nd cancer surgery 2 months ago. It was a bad mistake to do, because as soon as I got to work, I learned I was getting laid off, (essentially, I'm a traveler) in 2 weeks. So, that 2 weeks pay is nearly gone.
I'm just over 200 short of sinking my bank account below zero in about 1 month. Both are medical bills, payment on my first surgery (16.000 after insurance, on payment plan) and my PCP's monthly fee.
My PCP is driving me nuts with his secretary calls that I'm now overdue for tests.
Soon as I get some mail information relayed to me I can finish my social security application. But that's a 6 week gap away once that happens. I thought I'd get work by now, but 2 interviews and still no gig.
I may be able to do some local work but getting there is an expense I dare not do unless it's a multi-tasking trip.
I'm so tired from lack of sleep and trying to deal with depression of trying to get work at 63.
Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm only asking for what I need. 250 will keep my bank account afloat. Another 250 I can go see my doctor and get the u/s and minimal tests he's driving me crazy to get done. 40 gas, 100 motel 6, various road food, etc.
So I set my goal at 500, plenty to do what I need, fresh food and if the best happens- get me to a job site.

I'm not always proud of this attitude, but after all the Jan 6 bullshit and all the delusion about the messed up economy, **** this guy. If the economy is so great, it shouldn't be any problem at all to get a great job that provides all the cash they need. And why would anyone be depressed with Biden in the White House? According to DU, he's the greatest president of their lifetime. So again, while I am not proud of this attitude, and while I may regret this later, **** that guy. Go get a job in your great Biden economy and quit being a baby.

There are enough inconsistencies and/or incoherencies in this :bouncy:-tale-of-woe that I suspect some of it is fictional. Potentially more disturbing is this:

If "I'm a traveler" means she's a travelling nurse, then she's the equivalent of a substitute teacher. Nothing wrong with that, but coupled with the inconsistencies and/or incoherencies, her being a nurse of any kind is scary.
On another tack, I guess her OhBummer!Don'tCare plan was the kind with an insanely high deductible.

Over $3000 raised. If only that money had gone to Dem candidates, they could have won Congress. They were only $10+ away.

Round 2 will be that the doctors found something or another and it needs to apply for SSDI but that takes time and could you just spare a little to cover me for food and medicine until the first check.
Round 3 will start with SSDI denied my PTSD claim and I am unable to work and my kityeeees are starving bla bla bla. :censored:

The timing is the biggest thing pushing me to think "Lambchop59" is MVD's sock puppet. It was about this time the past few months that y'all were dragging over his latest beg-a-thon posts and the DUmp Monkeys' growing levels of suspicion regarding the pan handler. This month is conspicuous for the absence of a beg-a-thon thread from MVD, even knowing that Pam and the other prominent leftist scum on the Island made it "pelucidly clear" that Matt had worn thru the DUmp's good graces for good.
Matt, being a fraudster and therefore a creature of habit, had to bill the DUmmies out of "beer and travel money" this month somehow...
