We have many port of entry that are safe and welcoming. Why go the dangerous route?

The way I see it, the Border isnt supposed to be Safe and Welcoming. It should be Safe in regards to the Country that it protects. As for Welcoming. No. It should be all business. Are you coming here legally? Ok. Otherwise, turn around.

If they believe they don't have a good reason to get asylum, they are better off risking it and enter without any law enforcement knowing.

I suspect, because even under the #SpongeBrainShitPants regime the border officers at those entry ports ask uncomfortable questions, like ...oh, "PAPERS PLEASE".  :thatsright:
