Today's experience with Beto

So today there was a Beto town hall in a little town about an hour and a half from me.

And I went!

So in a west texas town of about 11,000 about 100 people were there. First thing I noticed was some Trumpers parked across the street with the usual Trump/gun/"dont tread on Derp" flags and signs.

There was a mild police presence and they were cool.

So the rally starts inside of the public library and Beto comes on to a round of applause. He gives his speech and eventually comes to the phrase "A bullet out of an AR-15 liquifies human organs" (it does, that's a fact)

This of course gets two loud sneering of laughs by two pudgy white MAGA cap guys. Beto took note of this but didnt react.

So the opening speech ends and he opens the floor for questioning and this is where it gets good: He CHALLENGED the sign holders, the disrespectful people, the assholes of the group to ask him questions.

Only three of them out of twenty some odd people had the ****ing balls to ask him anything. He put those assholes on the spot professionally and they turned into instant cowards!!!!

The crowd picks up on this and I swear to ****ing whatever, the energy CHANGES in that room! The MAGAS realize they are not in the majority, but a useless embarrassment of a minority. The crowd is energized for BETO.

They start LEAVING!!!!! Beto didn't play their games!!!

Folks Snyder, Texas is stupid deep red. In all of my years I never thought I'd see anything like today!

Dont wanna be put the cart before the horse here, but I think Beto has some real momentum here and he CAN win this!

Who in Gods good name would drive an hour and a half to see Bob Francis? Who?

Oh, so now Beto is back on the AR15 kick, with the obligatory Organ liquefier nonsense?

No. Nobody is energized for Beto.

So three of them did ask questions, and there's no mention of what those questions were, and what Robert's no doubt informative responses were?

Maybe the rest didn't see any utility in asking questions of someone so grossly ignorant.

The debate between Robert and Ted a few years ago was embarrassing. Ted tore him up. I doubt he did much better against these protestors.

Remember the propensity of the primitives to describe things the way the primitives wish'd they happened, rather than the way they actually happened.

Who knows what happened at this modest gathering.

All one knows is the way the primitive described it, it didn't happen that way.

I should clarify, I have no doubt that the "Moo Moo Buck-a-Roo" primitive went to this Beto-a-thon. From there, its all a fairy tale.  :p

I know, right?

Went to wally world and asked the fellow at the Gun Counter for the 223 that would cause bone to become shrapnel, and leave 12 inch wide exit holes. I wont settle for anything less.

Interesting that the protesters were across the street, the town hall was inside, but there were evil redcaps inside  to snort, laugh, and be challenged.

Next, while it seems Robert Francis is on whirlwind tour of Texas, the last reported on meeting I'm seeing with video was in Midland, and I see no horrible MAGA in the news report.  Beto's website rehashes much of his social media activities, which, I would think, would include his masterful owning of them dumb rednecks and them sulking off into the darkness.

Sounds like campaign worker bouncy to me.....

I cant adequately describe to you what that mood shift was like.

Why didn't you?  Every single phone has the capability to do just that.

Everybody else on the thread are just cheerleading fools.  We can do it!!!  Come on!!!!

Humorous scarcastic mockery aside, if gay texan were as knowledgeable about the .223//5.56 NATO as he pretends, he'd know that one of the longest-running debates about the cartridge is whether it's deadly enough for combat use. And therefore that Bobby's liquefied organs claim is laughably ludicrous.

Isn't it illegal to hunt with it in some places because it's not lethal enough? Or am I thinking of something else?

Generally, .22LR is not allowed for large game hunting due to it's lack of energy delivery, leaving too many wounded animals that survive the shots, but then suffer and die a slow death from bleeding and infection later on.  It's considered wasteful.  I also believe it differs from state to state.
Other rounds may also be included in that rule but I'm not positive.

My memory on this is over 50 years old, but from a Hunter's Safety course I took so as to get a hunting license at a young age (California ... the course was taught by an NRA instructor), it was mentioned that it was illegal to hunt deer with a .22. I do not remember whether .223 was legal or not, as I was interested in hunting pheasants and doves and didn't retain that info.

I think they are referred to as DUm-DUm rounds, ask for them by name.

Yall got it all wrong. According to the DUmp, 223 is so deadly, so unforgiving, thats victims have to identified via DNA!  :panic:
