That's what it READS, no doubt, but this is what DUmmies see when they read it:

TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 118 > § 2441
 US Law Concerning War Crimes

TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 118 > § 2441

§ 2441. War crimes

(a) Offense.— When liberals get angry with the Executive branch for following through on plans for war as laid out by the Legislative branch, so angry that they're screaming bloody murder that the Executive branch commited a war crime, in any of the circumstances described in subsection (b), shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years, or both, and if death results to the victim, shall also be subject to the penalty of death. As provided for in subsection (c), this offense can only ever apply to Republicans, and not, for example, to a Democrat Executive branch that drops bombs from 20,000 feet up on a tiny, densely populated target in central Europe.
