Democrats: you have your 2022 midterms playbook
We should be rallying every sane person in this country with the promise of an expanded court to reinstate Roe if Democrats gain more seats in November. We should be organizing marches and protests. We should be PEACEFUL but LOUD and ANGRY. We should steal the camera away from the media's lust of MTG's and Gaetz insanity.

DUmmies are melting down over this.

Actually, the court is potentially handing democrats a motivation to vote in November...

...and this poster wants the dems to bungle that by proposing to pack the court.  :whatever:

I'm only an Internet Ninja lawyer but I don't think SCOTUS can just "reinstate" RvW.

Wouldn't they need to decide to hear and rule on a case to make abortion a "right" again?

And so it needs to be constantly stated that such a decision does not ban abortion; it simply gives each of the fifty states the right to decide whether or not to allow abortions.

As long as New York, Colorado, California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii are around, anyone who wants to kill their infant will be near an abortion mill.

It needs repeated; such a ruling does not ban abortion.
