Biden to quit?
Advertisements [?]I am starting to hear rumblings that Biden has “personal issues” that have to be dealt with. There is no word on what these issues might be – but it might require more attention than he can now give to these “issues”

People familiar with this situation are beginning to speculate that Joe Biden might withdraw from the Democratic ticket as early as the middle of next week.

Hillary insiders have indicated that Hillary is available to step into the vacant slot “for the good of the party.” There are trial balloons already being floated to party officials suggesting possible scenarios on how this might happen without embarrassing Barak Obama, but it is too early to tell what kind of effect a Obama / Hillary ticket might have on the base of the Democratic Party. Very early indications are that a Obama / Hillary ticket would be well received

Look in the coming days…. Possibly Friday evening…. For serious questions about Bidens ability to serve as VP.

Damn mole...stole my idea! :-)http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=389&topic_id=3921766&mesg_id=3921766

I wouldn't be surprised at all if Biden is busily looking for a soft spot on the mat, rather than dwelling on his prospects for getting the proverbial crap beaten out of him by a woman.  I don't think his ego could handle that much abuse.  I daresay that there were probably campaign staffers on either side of him last night to talk him down from eating a gun barrel, just so he wouldn't have to face her.

Nah. Biden is arrogant enough to think he is smarter and more articulate than she is. He's gonna get creamed.

I bet he's stinging from Huck's line though--something to the effect that she won more votes as Gov of Alaska than he did running for president!  :lmao:

Rush keeps talking about Biden's two sons and how they are lobbyists for some banking efforts that went awry... but I havent read anything about it online yet.

At least one of them is being sued for fraud worth millions of dollars.  Check the Election '08 forum for Biden articles.

A son and a brother of Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.) are accused in two lawsuits of defrauding a former business partner and an investor of millions of dollars in a hedge fund deal that went sour, court records show.

The Democratic vice presidential candidate's son Hunter, 38, and brother James, 59, assert instead that their former partner defrauded them by misrepresenting his experience in the hedge fund industry and recommending that they hire a lawyer with felony convictions.

Biden is arrogant enough to think he is smarter and more articulate than she is.

My wife keeps reminding me how bin Biden has a tendency to shoot off his mouth before whatever brain he might happen to have ever engages, and that it won't be long until he says something extremely stupid.  She's right much more often than she's wrong.  Patience.

She also has noticed that B. Hussein has blue lips.  Hadn't really looked that close before, but did the other day, and sure enough, he does.

Biden apparently lies so effortlessly, he doesnt even know he's doing it any more.

in the space of a few hours, he told some people he was going to make sure "IF the Bush administration broke any laws" that they would be brought up on charges.

later on this morning, he was asked on a news show about saying that and he denied it.

maybe Biden has some memory issues creeping in?

Oh my.  There appears to be some health-and-competence concerns here, and I'm not talking about McCain.

Isn't Biden about the same age as McCain, give or take a couple of years?

So if McCain's age causes concern, so should Biden's age.

Aren't blue lips the sign of some sort of cardiac disorder?
