Whenever you hear a politician use the term "comprehensive immigration reform," what they really mean is they are pretending to be concerned about the border but their real goal is amnesty. Here we see Deep State (you can hear her bragging about that) Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin, who is now desperate to be elected from a new Michigan Congressional District due to redistricting, blowing smoke about the supposed need for "comprehensive immigration reform." Yet not a peep from her or any other politician of her ilk about enforcing EXISTING immigration laws. And, of course, she was OPPOSED to funding the Trump Border Wall. So here she is squawking about "comprehensive immigration reform" mixed in with some criticism of current lax border policy that she is sure to highlight in her campaign commercials in which she pretends to be somehow for stricter enforcement at the border. "Comprehensive border reform" is just another way of gaslighting the voters.

Good grief, how early 2000s! "Comprehensive immigration reform" has been the Progs' and RINOs' deceptive euphemism for perpetual serial amnesty for a couple of decades.

We need comprehensive gun control reform, immigration control reform etc. But ignore or don't enforce the laws already on the books.
All they are doing is blowing smoke. :thatsright:

Professional politicians have no idea how to do anything but write and pass laws. See the Patriot Act. A kneejerk reaction that made Congress feel good about itself without thinking of the long term effects and abuses.

Most Congress-shits aren't even all that good at writing laws. Too damned many of these imbeciles run with whatever their personal pet special interest groups hand off to them, and don't even read the damned things.
Factor in all the "untended consequences" that get turned up only after the godforsaken legislation has become law, and I have serious questions whether these buisness suited mouth breathers can even read or write at all...

They pass them and they need to see they are enforced equally across the board. not just having laws that they like enforced when they need them. :thatsright:
