Depending on the situation, democrats think the Constitution is an anachronism written for the benefit of white men, or needs to be saved because it's under attack by republicans.

And they specifically hate Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of the Press, Freedom to Associate, Freedom to Bar Arms, Due Process, Equal Treatment Under the Law, and Just and Fair Elections
