Will a former president ever be indicted as a criminal?

Not in today's America. Given our history, it's hard to say "Yes."

It's time that we admitted that the "Everyone is equal under the law" meme is bullshit. If it were true, Nixon would have done prison time, and Trump would spend the rest of his life in jail.

But no former president has been indicted, tried, found guilty and sentenced to be locked up. Will it ever happen?

WELL, ... if today's Republican Party were to come to total power in 2025, who doubts that Joe Biden would be tried and convicted of ... something. The Republican beasts, with full power, wouldn't hesitate for a moment to do away with any and all rules and traditions, not to mention our Constitution.

Perhaps that's the major difference between us and them. We still believe in democracy. They are barbarians who believe in power and the abuse of it.

So read that headline above again and tell me what you think.

Indictment is NOT EQUAL to being a criminal; no matter how much you want it to be so, in this case.

There is this whole process that requires a judge, jury, prosecutor and defense attorney... called a Trial.

Then the the jury decides guilt or acquittal.

As an example, I refer you to Kyle Rittenhouse.

Will a former FLOTUS, senator and secretary of state be indicted for her many, many in the open crimes?

Highly unlikely but she will spend eternity burning in Hell.

Trump has been shamvestigated by partisan Trump-Haters for nearly 7 years. He hasn't been indicted for a crime because he hasn't committed a crime (other than ballot-box clubbing HilLIARy like a baby seal, :-) ).
