A lot of people in the media are asking "Should Clarence Thomas recuse himself?" (Whether or not the answer to that is "Yes," he won't.) But that's the wrong question. The right one is this: "If Clarence Thomas doesn't resign when will impeachment proceedings against him begin?"

and the GQP in congress will never vote for impeachment especially in the Senate that have two D's that will side with them.
P.S. The United States Supreme Court has been tainted for awhile - the three last GQP US SC justices made sure that happened.

7. I could accept an alternative to impeachment or resignation.
I'd like to have a wide spectrum of articles and letters of condemnation from legal scholars, judges (both state and federal), officeholders, prosecutors, attorneys, and professors and deans of law schools. The articles and letters should lay out specific points of the transgressions of both Clarence Thomas and his wife. Not to forget the American Bar Association.
If my hopes are realized, the country will see and know what has happened.
While I'm not certain if this gesture will exact change, it's better than remaining silent.

9. I want Clarence and his wife under constant scrutiny...
every decision dissembled…her life in and out of government…her/his contacts, far right organizations…I hate paparazzi but for the “esteemed” Clarence and Ginni I will make an exception..their faces, their comings and going all over social media…I want them isolated and excluded…a living hell

It's actually simpler than that.
DUmbshits never look any deeper than they're told to into whatever position they're told to take/hold today. This is how everything they do today can be at complete odds with the positions they took yesterday and their wee, empty li'l heads don't explode from the total hypocrisy of it all.
In a nutshell, they don't hate Thomas because of any position he has taken or might take in his authority as a Supreme Court Justice. They hate him and his wife because the Powers That Be within The Party have labeled them "counter-revolutionaries", "contrary to the Party" and anathema to everything The Party stands for.
Justice Thomas may as well change his name to Emmanuel Goldstein and brace himself to be the target of a(nother) Hate Week...

I have kind of a vague memory of something that happened a few years back. I can't remember too many of the details but it had to do with the British conspiracy theorist Louise Mensch saying something about getting a "Marshal of the Supreme Court" to go and make some arrests.
Does anybody else have a better memory of this?
If someone could just plant the seed in the head of some idiot leftist like Cher or Bette Midler or Molly Jong Fast, I'm sure it would spread like wildfire among other vulnerable leftists--getting the Marshal of the Supreme Court to arrest Justice Thomas' wife or arrest Thomas himself.
As stupid as the primitives are, that notion would get a lot of their armpits a-flappin'.

Judging by my search on "mensch", her heyday seems to have been May-June or -July of 2017, with some DU-Trump-Haters expressing skepticism about her credibility fairly early, based on the wildness of her claims.
