I would assume:

* 1 night per rental (so as to be able to help more than 1 person/family by renting multiple units)?
* Earliest date(s) available (so renters can get their money sooner)?

Are my assumptions correct? Anything else?

I just book the apartments, and tell the owners to use the money and stay safe. I am staying in 4 places tonight in Kyiv. They are only like $20 to $30 a night.

I just booked an entire floor of a Kiev hotel. in addition I ordered 25 pizzas, 3 cases of beer and a case of vodka along with 12 hookers! :-)
