Jan 6 committee about to recommend criminal charges against Trump

Where in the hell is Merrick Garland. It would be so much more effective if he stepped up and told us what he’s doing. Trump’s goons (Male and Female) think they’re getting away with murder. The Dept of Justice needs to at least let them know there is a formal investigation going on of everything Trump. They are laughing at us and I am sick of it.

2. The Attorney General is doing his job,

as is the Jan 6 committee, and each informs the public when their jobs/investigations are ripe.

3. Garland will not step on the work of the J6 Committee.

Nice headline anyway.

12. you're right.

if Garland indicts Trump now then the J6 committee becomes ineffectual...it's obvious to me the committee is clearing the way for Garland/DOJ to go after Trump...the first salvo was fired yesterday...Trump/Eastman knowingly participated in a federal crime...

7. Not going to happen at least until they have their public hearings

which seem to keep getting pushed back, sigh.

8. We just had the committee say they're sure a crime has been...

committed. That now has to go to Justice and the wheels start rolling.

Shit, we're just getting results from killings years ago.

11. I listened to Adam Schiff tonight,

when asked if DOJ was waiting for the select committee to finish its work and Schiff said God I hope not. Schiff said that DOJ should be working independently of the select committee and should absolutely not be waiting for referrals.

His words not mine, OK I added "God."

Considering the devastating impact of two bogus impeachments on President Trump, I am not so worried over this latest development/
Further I don't know of anyone who is paying attention.

Primitives can't come to grips with the Dem party wanting the issue to live rather than reaching a conclusion. Like impeachment, the issue dies when the indictments either don't come or don't materialize into anything.

I think even AG Garland understands the difference between Pelosiroo's Kangaroo Kourt and a real court where prosecutors have to prove their case with real evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, and defendants get discovery and can present exculpatory evidence. If Garland tried prosecuting, his minions would get clubbed like baby seals.

I would pay REAL $ to see that!
