Post by: tuolumnejim on September 03, 2008, 02:37:29 PM
Dear queer DUmmie, take a fistfull of sleeping pills and a fifth of your favorite hooch. One way or the other you'll be cured.  :evillaugh:

Can someone loan me some good vibes?
I'm in a weird place right now and honestly I'm a bit concerned.

I keep losing my balance and I'm lightheaded. My reaction time is very slow right now. I feel weird in a different way from any of the normal kinds of weird.

My nephew isn't home, so I've got nobody to keep an eye on me. They way I feel right now I've got a hunch someone should be keeping an eye on me.

I've had a daily migraine every single day for a couple of weeks now with one dayas an exception. So, between the headaches themselves and the side effects of the migraine meds I should be used to having all kinds of weird sensations in my head. But this feels different. If this is migraine related then my migraines are now doing something new. If it's not migraine related then I don't know what's going on.

I'd stay awake tonight if I could, but my meds are knocking me out. I really don't feel good about going to sleep while something new is developing.

So please keep your fingers crossed that I'm just worrying over nothing. But please send me some lounge vibes anyway.

Thank you.

The dude should go to the hospital ASAP.  Sounds like he is suffering from a brain affliction... possibly a mini-stroke or a tumor.  You should be checked out for ANY persistant headache, and go to te hospital for light-headedness/dizziness.  Something is REALLY wrong.

I think he needs to go to the ER, it could be a TIA.

Let's see...fundamentalists who deny their kids modern healthcare are crazy. DUmmies with possible brain tumors who ask for healing white light, however, is...liberal. Got it.

....and it could be something as simple as an inner ear infection. First time I ever had that problem it cost me bucks, time and several doctors to find the problem.

40 years ago after getting a pair of glasses from one eye doctor and not being able to see straight with or without the glasses, another eye doctor looked in my ears, sucked his teeth, cursed under his breath and told me I didn't need any G#$ D&%$@ glasses, I needed to see a "real" doctor.........  :rotf:

It's pathetic, isn't it? A DUmmy facing what he fears may be imminent death, honestly afraid that if he falls asleep he may never awake, and he can only hope for the comfort of "vibes". Pathetic.

It's pathetic, isn't it?

My thoughts exactly.

If there was something going wrong here, the LAST thing I'd be doing is posting about it.

The FIRST thing I'd be doing is getting illumination in real life.

But the primitives are that way.
