The truckers kind of have Ottawa and national gooberment people between a rock and a hard place: swallow their pride and a heaping dish of crow, by rescinding their mandates; crack down on truckers and have their food and fuel and etc. logistics chain shut down in retaliation. And maybe growers and producers sympathetic to the truckers will refuse to sell into Ottawa ...

Among the reasons I've given that mandates should not be done is that they cannot work in the face of backlash. Canuckia is demonstrating this (not that I fantasize that Canuckians are aware of me ... I don't harbor DU-style Delusions of Relevance).
