Does Trump go to court again today??
The National Archives is prepared to release 4 pages of documents that were not related to the documents that the Supreme Court is presently holding up. Are these 4 pages important? Are they important enough for Trump to try and stop them from going to the 1/6 Committee?
What is holding up the documents at the Supreme Court? Legitimate legal reasons or politics? Are Alito and Thomas holding up action on these documents, by freezing the other conservatives into inaction?
Adam Schiff spoke about it on The Chris Hayes Show last night. He also questioned why the Supreme Court had not yet acted on the documents?

5. Yeah Kentuck it gets frustrating,
The SC took no time at all to shoot down the OSHA vaccine mandate.
Here we have a pretty obvious decision for a non-partisan court. Republicans have always claimed, one president at a time, and president Biden has ruled there is no privilege. The court should not even take this case which makes the delay all the more frustrating.
It sure seems like this court is working with Trump.

11. It FEELS like the extreme damage this monster, his family, cult following seated as justices
have brought will be a long, long, long, time to heal and repair.
I don't see light at the end of the tunnel yet.

It was a soft 'business-mistake' for Trump to leave-in the Obama appointees... Director of the National Archives & Records Administration (and the Smithsonian), whom I believe were piling-on him at the end. Woke-tards inserting themselves into the fray so as to keep their jobs under Biden. It worked.
So I immediately thought of the word: bungle when I first read the thread. They passed-on something that was utterly irrelevant to the Court.

It seems to me that these DUmmies should be more focused on the current shit show taking place in the White House rather than keep looking at what to 99.8% of Americans is a double NothingBurger with extra cheese.

Somehow, the twitter I set up for school (as requested by the district) keeps recommending tweets by rabid anti-trumpers and even Eric Garland himself that keep claiming the gig is up for Trump and his whole administration, new papers are being released that spell DOOM, blah, blah blah that look exactly like these DUmp threads. Big promises, vague words, no follow up.

No, next question.

I saw something the other day on Reddit, saying CNN had found audio of Mark Meadows saying Trump had admitted fault for the riot.
First of all, could they have watered down their headline any more than that? Second, I thought at the time "Yeah, that's going to turn out to be nothing." Haven't heard about it since.

Be careful what you wish for, DUmmies.
If Trump loses executive privilege then it sets a precedent for future R congressional committees to do the same to Biden and Harris documents and communications.

I'm very curious to know what color of crayon Kammie uses to write her official documents and for staff meeting notes. :rotf:
