'LETS GO BRANDON' Christmas lights spark battle with Sarasota homeowner's association
Christmas is supposed to be a time of joy and goodwill to others.
Spelling out "LETS GO BRANDON" in lighted letters on a balcony of his house brought plenty of joy to Martin Hyde, a Sarasota Republican running for Congress. It didn't generate goodwill in his neighborhood, though.
Now Hyde is locked in a standoff with his homeowner's association, which sent him a "friendly reminder" that signs aren't permitted and then dangled the possibility of a $150-a-day fine if he doesn't comply.
Conservatives are using the phrase "Let's Go Brandon" as a substitute for "expletive) Joe Biden." Some might wonder if a light display implying a vulgarity is in keeping with the spirit of a religious holiday, but Hyde isn't worried about that.
“It’s fully in keeping with my personality and my campaign," Hyde said. "Anybody who doesn’t like it, it’s one street... don’t come.”

So, a guy put up an anti-Biden display and is fighting his HOA over it. Not particularly newsworthy. Of course the DUmp thinks the guy should immediately be arrested and stuck in a super-max. But this response made me laugh out loud:

Caveat: if the HOA has a rule against signs then they are well within their rights to ask this guy to take it down no matter what it says.
But as for the whole "Let's Go Brandon" thing, it's just so dumb. First of all you have to be in the know as to what it means. If you don't know, then it's just completely meaningless. And if you DO know what it means -- if you're in on it -- then it's kinda like, I dunno, middle schoolers coming up with a secret nickname for a classmate they don't like and then using it as a kind of code so the teacher won't catch them being bullies.
In other words it either has no effect whatsoever because it's meaningless, or it exposes anyone who uses it as a pathetic, juvenile bully who is too scared to come right out and say "**** Joe Biden." What losers!

EarlG of all people talking about stupid memes. He literally creates a poorly thought out meme almost every day trying to trash the Republicans. And the DUmmies have so many different nicknames for people they don't like that it's often impossible to figure out what political figure their rants are about. At least once or twice a week somebody writes a tirade about <insert random words or letters> and somebody asks who <insert random words or letters> refers to. I can't tell if EarlG is trying to parody the DUmmies or he's just that brain-dead. What I do know is the more the Democrats talk about it, the more people find out what "Let's Go Brandon" means. If it didn't bother them so much, it would have already died out. They do love to create their own problems.

Their obsession with LGB and this Jared guy who repeated it to Pedo Joe himself on C-SPAN borders on the pathological, what with all the doxxing and threats and investigating the family and saturating the moonbat blogosphere with it.
At this point, they're like the jilted psycho girlfriend who's still keying your car, leaving nastygrams on your voicemail, and calling your employer telling him you're dealing meth in the parking lot 6 months after the breakup.

That, in fact, describes their behavior since 2016, and even before, but 2016 right after cankles lost is when it became the most pronounced.
If you look closely at the loudest of them, your schiffs, whitmers, cortezes, omars, talibs, pelosis, schumers, you'll note that they all have one thing in common beyond their crazy politics:
Crazy eyes.
The eyes - windows to the soul - do not lie.
And they attract like crazy supporters.

There are a couple of ways to deal with mockery and bullying:
* Shock the bully by counter-attacking;
* Bore the mocker by ignoring the mockery.
Had Proggies had the sense to do the latter, LGB would be in the past now. The more Proggies show LGB stings, the longer it will stay in circulation.

I enjoy and relish in micro-aggressing thin skinned liberals. Just the term "Let's Go Brandon" is so innocuous and a sanitized version of its original intent yet even THAT pisses them off.

Looking at the DUmmies post I have to wonder how many of them are HOA boards and are the kind of nosey neighbors that so many Reddit stories are written about.

I put that at under 10% unless Section 8 housing is in HOAs which I doubt. But they do have the Karen personality of the busy bodies of an HOA board member. We were looking at moving out of Kalifornia and some properties we were looking at were in the 6-10 acre range. A shocking number of these were in HOAs. No Fing way I buy one in a NAZI HOA.
