Meanwhile, in the real world of ConservaTalk radio ... there are two ConservaTalkers in the SF Bay Area, KSFO (560) and KTRB (860). At least 2 hosts - Mike Gallagher and Larry Elder - on the latter are "hating on" the families of prisoners by doing funding drives for Prison Fellowship's "Angel Tree" program. Mike Gallagher is also playing "Daddy Warbucks" in a South Carolina Children's Theater production of "Annie", which is sold out, in some degree courtesy of his audience. Meanwhile, KSFO's morning drive hosts, Armstrong & Getty, are currently doing a fund drive for Warrior Foundation Freedom Station. This is what Libs and Progs call "Hate".

Even on Sirius XM radio, of the non-network stations that do political radio, 3 of them (POTUS, Urban View, Progress) are liberal and 1 (Patriot) is conservative, and still the left complains about it.

When I lived I. Sunnyvale in the '90s I'd listen to Lee Rogers and Melanie Morgan on KSFO daily.

Unfortunately, KSFO's corporate owner - not its program director - decided to cut costs by firing Mel. After several solo years Lee Rodgers moved on, and has since died. Lee's successor, Brian Sussman, was also excellent but moved on due to health issues. Corporate then decided to carry Armstrong & Getty, who are on several of their stations. IMO, they're OK, but their mere OKness drove me to see if Salem Communications had a decent talker, and now I listen to Mike Gallagher as much or more than A & G.
KSFO's corporate owner also owned the moderately-liberal-to-loony-liberal KGO, canned quite a few hosts, and turned their gold mine into a crap mine. This happened some years after loony-lib "God Talk" Sunday host Bernie Ward got caught, convicted, and imprisoned for kiddie porn. IIRC, loony-Lib-racist Ray Taliaferro also passed away some years ago.
