12. This makes me fantasize
that they should give Trump full immunity to testify, so he can't take the 5th, then watch as he throws everyone, including his own kids, under the bus. The fantasy is not whether Trump would do this, (he would) but whether the Grand Jury would.

22. The vote was hardly bipartisan.
The vast majority of Republicans voted "no." Of course Cheney and Kinzinger voted "yes" but they do not represent the Republican Party as it is today.

Question for lurking DUmmies: Are you SURE that you want Congress locking people up for political witch hunts like this? It will set a precedent that can be used to go after Dem operatives in the future when the Rs have control of Congress again.

What a waste of time. Even if it goes as far as them giving Bannon immunity, all he’ll do is say he said what he did on his 1/5 podcast in order to try and create sensationalism with his audience to keep them interested in tuning into his future podcasts, or something along that order.
And all the while the Dems are doing this thing no one cares about except their kook base, gas prices are shooting up, inflation is rising, and shelves are empty. What are most people going to care about more? And who will they blame for this mismanagement and higher costs? The Dems.

Any lawyer representing Bannon can drag this out for years. Jonathan Turley said 30-years.
" Johnny, tell Nancy what she's won... ! "

" Johnny, tell Nancy what she's won... ! "
A(nother) case of Smirnoff, a 20-volume set of Encyclopedia Brittanica, a can of Turtle Wax, and a lifetime supply of Rice-a-Roni, the San Francisco treat.
Just kidding. She doesn't get to come back tomorrow. She doesn't even get a lousy copy of our home game. She's a COMPLETE LOSER. :rotf:
