This "trash" can not be coming from the "world's super power USA". The potential VICE PRESIDENT of the USA's daughter who's children sound as if they are named after sled dogs is going to marry her 17 yr. old boyfriend LEVI because she is KNOCKED UP? This is what I call a "cheezy poo" mom. Except she gets her mom to do all the child pampering while she plays with her blackberry and tries to figure out just what it is a VP does. We literally look like a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY to the rest of the world. It is all literally UNBELIEVABLE. Somebody tell me that it is McPow's idea of a BAD JOKE. PLEASE. If this is all FOR REAL, we ALL need to be VERY AFRAID for the safety of this once great country that we all love.
A relatively minor faux pas, already being rectified (she is marrying rhe father) about someone who would not be an issue had the candidate been a man and we look like a 3rd world country?

I have to agree. How did we get into the situation of having a zero-experience, Kenyan/Indonesian, black muslim, empty suit, race hustling, admitted cocaine addict as one of the two candidates for PRESIDENT? It is literally UNBELIEVABLE. Oh, yeah, he speaks without using ebonics and is an ace with a teleprompter.

I'm sure that before too long, some so0pr geeen1us is going to say that Palin is lying and that Bristol really isn't pregnant now in a desperate attempt to keep this thing alive. I mean, if they can come up with the assinine notion that she faked her pregancy, than they'll think of this. They are as predictable as the tides.

Once upon a time we were told sex doesn't even if it leads to perjury and the subornation of perjury....for a sitting president.
So suddenly sex matters...not for a president...or even a sitting president but a -- VP -- candidate's -- daughter -- (with no sworn federal testimony about the pres' own conduct involved, no less).

The DUmmies have been hoist by their own petard. The original announcement that Palin was running wiped Obama's speech and the DNC off the news agenda. The weekend was shot but for them this week should have been about comparing the orators' orator and the plagiarists' plagiarist with McCain & Palin's performances at the RNC and trying to claw back some of the publicity, especially as Gustav has curtailed the RNC.
Instead, by creating the original rumour -and prolonging the Palin focussed headlines- they have forced this story out and relegated Obama to the back burner for even longer. The majority of threads in GDP at DU are still about the Republican VP candidate.

They're playing up the stupid ass "hypocrisy" angle again.
If Sarah Palin tried to instill the value of abstinence until marriage in her children and one strayed from that ideal and ended up pregnant, that is not hypocrisy on the part of the parent. She practised exactly what she preached. She could not, however, hide in her daughter's vagina and jump out with claws bared at any threat to her virginity.
All that can be expected of a parent is to try to raise their children with those values and be as vigilant as possible. You have to let them out of the house sometime, so ultimately the decision rests with them. "Hypocrisy" is a label that can only be attached to one's own behavior. You can't be a "hypocrit" based on someone else's behavior, even if that person is your own daughter.
DUmbasses never disappoint in their dishonesty and brute stupidity.
