Did Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer just snatch ultimate defeat from the jaws of victory? In the wake of Mitch McConnell allowing a procedural move that would permit the Democrats to temporarily extend the debt limit, Schumer reacted by viciously slamming Republicans in a completely tone-deaf move that served to stun Joe Manchin to the extent that he performed a pained double face plant followed by getting up from his seat and walking away in the middle of Chuckie's tirade.
