If no one is above the law...?
If the testimony of witnesses and the evidence says that Donald Trump should be charged with a crime, should there be any hesitancy in charging him?
What about threats from his cult?
What about the precedent of charging a President or former President with a crime?
In my opinion, there should be no hesitation. We should not only expect our elected leaders to follow the law - we should expect them to set an example. If they break the law, they should be punished severely, moreso than the average Joe, because they are representing our people and our Constitution and should adhere to the laws of the land.
If he is guilty of incitement to insurrection or treason, then he should not be let off lightly. He should not be charged with something as trivial as a jaywalking offense.
He should be made an example.
As Glenn Kirschner is fond of saying, "Justice matters."

So Kentuck just wants all Conservatives in camps.

If Justice matters, half the elected Democrat officials in America would be behind bars, and many who happen to be their relatives.

Right next to those who refuse to get the vaccine. In fact he wants to lock up anyone who doesn't agree with his twisted views. The same goes for every legitimate member of the DUmp.

No controlling authority let's you keep the illegal server when you drive drunk off a bridge so long as the Big Guy gets his 10%

can you name a crime to charge him with first? And defeating hillary in the 2016 election is not a crime.

If no one is above the law...
...democrats have a lot of soul-searching to do.

If Kentuck feels this way, then why don't Kentuck do something about it and make the sacrifice.

Total disconnect from reality. :mental:

I agree, the Biden crime family needs to be locked up.

Where was this talk of “no one is above the law” when Clinton and Obama were in office?
It’s the abandonment of consistency that buries leftists every time.

Clinton, Obama, Biden, and a litany of others that democrats apparently think should be allowed to break the law. It's enough to make one facepalm so hard it leaves a handprint.
