Is Texas a "stand-your-ground" state?
Asking for a friend in Texas who wants to know, 'cause she's feeling pretty threatened right now....
Your whore friend gets the first shot.
We'll take the last.

1. Why, yes it is. And I don't blame your friend for feeling threatened
I live in Florida and feel threatened every day with Covid. With the anti-women laws in Texas, I feel even more threatened.
Maybe your friend should start carrying a gun everywhere she goes - that is also legal in Texas!

2. Yes.
And now you can carry, open or concealed, without training or license, as long as you are 21 and able to legally own a gun. Welcome to the wild west, and if you are a cop, hold on and be very careful. What a ****ed up state this is.

3. So, does that mean if your friend who is 7 weeks pregnant
wants you to drive her to get an abortion and your repuke next door neighbor says they are going to sue you if you take her and you shoot them wouldn't that count as standing your ground because they were clearly threatening you?
Setting aside the complete lack of imminent threat to life or grave bodily injury, you can't shoot someone for a lawful activity.
Bringing suit is a lawful activity.
Why don't they ever try to talk some sense into each other?

tell your friend if she's going to be a slut to be a responsible slut and be on birth control or have her john use a condom.

Anti gun laws are anti woman. Can't think of a better equalizer than a 90 pound woman with a .45 against a 250 pound man

Wait, wait, wait. I thought you DUmp monkeys hate "teh gunz". I can't remember how many times I read DUpipo rail against 2nd amendment solutions. Then again short-sighted hypocrisy is your forte.

God made man and woman; Col. Colt made them equal.

So a law was passed you disagree with...how is that a threat? Who are you going to shoot?
Living in a red state doesn't mean you are stuck there. Buy a bus ticket, and get an abortion elsewhere. Only God will know you murdered one of His children.
