My idea for getting the vaccination rates
We announce that on October 1st, the cost of the vaccine will go up to $1000 a dose. There will be a rush to beat the date. Afterwards, there will be a huge complaint that we are hurting the poor. So we get AOC to set up some nonprofit that distributes to the "needy". (We don't really care if they are needy, just that they come to try to save a buck). We also involve the CIA to create a shadow organization that appears to be some sort of "black market" channel selling "cut rate" vaccines. Finally, we involve high end organizations (country clubs, executive organizations, etc.) to arrange for them to get vaccines for "only" $800, making them feel that their wealth gives them privileged access to the vaccine. Basically the whole plan is to convince people that they are clever, privileged, or otherwise finding ways to "get around the system". You could even find the right old republican to set up some "vaccines for the GOP" effort getting rich republicans to "undermine the Biden administration and own the libs".

We announce that on October 1st, the cost of the vaccine will go up to anyone who does not present a valid ID to vote has to pay $1000 a dose to cast a ballot.
