Apart from the gist of this article, in that a Fox News reporter actually had the 'nads to blame Jill Biden for allowing her husband to run for President and the Twitter BS that followed, this is a classic example of how bloated and ridiculous the government has gotten to be.
A press secretary? For the First Lady? Chief of Staff? For what? AYFKM?
Apparently, Jackie Kennedy was the first FLOTUS to hire a press secretary. Expansion of the "office" of FLOTUS beyond social and administrative staff began under Eleanor Roosevelt -- she had lots of time to expand it as FDR was in office way, way WAAAAAY too long.
This is why we can't have nice things anymore. A bloated, fat, out of control bureaucracy that serves itself first is a hallmark of government that is massively out of touch with the people those elites push around.

Currently, there are 12 staffers dedicated – at least in part – to Dr. Jill Biden vs. five staffers who served Melania Trump in her first year (FY2017).
Melania also had fewer staff workers than The Mooch. The Obama's were entitled.

And if one wants to research a comparison between media coverage of Melania versus The Mooch and "Dr." Jill, Mrs. Trump received scant attention. Zero covers of magazines for the former model. Think the libs are creating new magazines just to feature those two on their covers.
