There was no need to clear President Trump because he never incited an insurrection in the first place.

And forgot about the simple fact that bear spray is carried on peaceful hikes all over the nation.

Or does the DUmmy think that everyone who goes hiking carrying bear spray is looking to spray a bear, too?
