Sorry I've been AWOL...

BUT THIS!
Quote
My neighbor is a DoD high ranking Sup

who has been making living arrangements for Afghani interpreters for weeks now. (yes, I'm in the DC area.) I know because he told me about three weeks ago. Too bad the airport visuals will prevail. It's not like Biden has been twiddling his thumbs.

It would be interesting to monitor in-coming flights at Andrews

To me this is obvious BS...

BUT ... I bring it over for this response!

1. He hasn't. It takes a helluva operation to pull off what he's doing, as well as he's done it!

This is no casual, spur of the moment ad libbed operation.

It'll be taught in war colleges around the world for years

Lmao.. yeah it will be taught as WHAT NOT TO DO!

They are trying so hard to put lipstick on a pig.

Looking forward to the anger when they realize it’s not gonna work.

Yes, well thought out operations of withdrawal always include instructions to;

Make sure you leave a lot of military armament behind

Don't tell your allies you are leaving, just leave and they'll figure it out

Leave all documentation behind incriminating those who helped you so the enemy can find the traitors easily

Evacuate your embassy LAST and make sure it's cut so close as to need a helicopter to get them out

Leave thousands of your citizens to fend for themselves

Should I go on?!

What a joke.

My neighbor is a CCP high-ranking Sup

He says China can't wait to step-in and 'advise' how to use all that forgotten equipment.

If the way it went down is the way it was planned, that makes Biden look worse, not better.

As for the airport visuals prevailing, I think it goes without saying that those are the only thing we'd be seeing or hearing about if Trump were president.

IMO, that the US would withdraw and the Talibanders would quickly regain control was inevitable. That it would be a Cluster-F was not, and that is LIEden's legacy, and only LIEden's.

I wonder if that "high ranking friend in DoD" has been promoted yet from Chief Janitor to Junior Mailroom Clerk. :rotf:
