All of the DUches keep saying that if you accept a pardon, it is an admission of guilt, right?!?

They conveniently leave out that one of the guns wasn't capable of being fired. That gun was tampered with by authorities, and in turn the prosecutor accused the McCloskeys of having tampered with evidence.

They pled guilty, but to relatively insignificant charges. There's probably an angry DU-thread or two about their not getting time in the GreyBar Gotel.

Accepting a pardon means "admitting" one was convicted of something. Nothing more.
