any advice on dealing w my kid, the youtube lawyer?

he did a stupid thing- evaded the cops.
high speed chase, night in jail, bonded out.
then did the second stupid thing- left the state.

now that outstanding warrant is getting in the way. he wants to straighten it out.
but. he's been doing 'his research'. there were a lot of things to complain about in how it all went down. but he has come to the conclusion that he can file a claim under title 42, section 1983.
it's a civil rights thing.
he thinks he just needs a lawyer who will file this form, and they will roll out the red carpet.

now, i want to help him, so does his dad.
but where in the world do i find a lawyer who will take a client that thinks he knows better?
:rotf:

The best help would be to let him take the full consequences of his stupidity.

I'm skeptical of this approach.
Since when has a DUmmy or their spawn ever learned any lesson regarding consequences as a result of personal behaviors and actions?
It was raised and trained by default to blame some other entity or group for every tilt that it suffers. Fines and/or jail time only strengthen it's ill-informed resolve, and further burden society. There is no winning when dealing with mentally deficient monkeys... because TRUUUUMP!, or something.

you're too late.  You should have done a better job parenting and teaching him right from wrong and to respect Law Enforcement.

Well, despite her protestations to the contrary, it looks as if Big Mo did screw up.

Like mother, like son.

I am not a fan of schadenfreude - your opinion may differ, but I think it's ugly and unbecoming to gloat at the pain of others, even if it's deserved or if the justice is poetic.

This is in stark contrast to how liberals like mopinko are reacting to anti-vaxxers getting COVID: they are gleeful and cruel.

So when the chance comes to gloat over mopinko's kid arises, I'll pass on that part, but I will gladly and loudly point out that ANYONE who evades cops, flees the area, and claims their civil rights have been abused should be tossed in the slammer for as long as possible, if not longer, because they are a danger to decent society. So I hope her kid has the book tossed at him. You know, the book he used to try to gin up a "civil rights" excuse.

Now then, with respect to the question of whether this was bad parenting? Yes, of course it was, and mopinko is and was a bad parent. Case closed. Next case.

DUmmy mopink should refer her son to the settler, the agent, the individual and the person, David Hall who so masterfully represents himself in this video clip.  Just hope he doesn't come up before the Honorable Judge John Hurley...

Lessee, sonny boy runs from the cops, gets busted anyway and goes to jail.  Post bail, but leaves the state which is generally regarded as bail jumping. (extradition issues).  Now, this genius thinks he's got a legit civil rights beef; and the parental unit posts the sob story and then gets a case of the ass when people tell him sonny is an idjit.  Then, Mopinko decides to self-delete.

Did I miss anything?

Poor Big Mo.  She thought that someone would come up with some sort of magical Get Out Of Jail Free card.  And had to delete when everyone told her that her son has screwed the pooch.  My advice is that she should find out how much time he's looking at and start preparing him for being in a big boy timeout.

Skip the lawyer and see if there is a reward for turning him in.  :-)

I like how she tries to take herself off the hook.

“If you think I ***ed this kid up, you can….”

Truth is, she’s the foundation for her offsprings problem. And her trying to evade responsibility only highlights why this moron kid of hers is in the predicament he’s in.

Big Mo forgets, "like mother, like son."

A few years ago, she posted about how she rebelled as a teenager, even though she didn't have any idea what she was rebelling against.  It was obvious it was that 1960s fad: rebellion just for the sake of rebelling.

While her parents, hardworking honest modest people, tried giving her an example of what she should be, she instead joined up with the bra-burners, the baby killers, the drug abusers, the bacchanalians, the decadents, the God-haters.

Big Mo knew everything, and nobody could show her otherwise.

If there was a problem, there was a drug to cure it.

She married a guy who loved her, catered to her, gave her everything she wanted.

But that wasn't enough; after about twenty years she ditched him, although she didn't dislike him enough that she spurned his alimony.

Her long-suffering parents begged and pleaded for her to behave, but died having that wish unfulfilled.

Well, her son is being exactly the same way his mother had been..

Given the DUmmy propensity for procrastination, I'd expect to see MoPinko Jr. on an episode of the New Dog The Bounty Hunter show before too much longer. Possibly even a cameo appearance by MoPinko s/h/itself as Dog raids her shithole looking for the little shit.

I hope Dog checks inside the chicken coop car big Mo is so proud of.  I am positive the neighbors would love to see that thing destroyed.

Man this kid is doing this ALL WRONG!  OK kid, let me give you some advice straight from sov cit/Morrmish central, home of numerous YT lawyers.

OK, kid

0. Represent yourself.  The Public Defender gets paid by the same entity that pays the judge and the prosecutor.  By definition this is a conflict of interest.
1. Challenge the judge and make him give you his bond and provide you a copy of his oath of office.  If he does not do this he must immediately dismiss your case.
2. If the judge somehow does not know about 1 (they are ALL supposed to know and hope you don't) challenge jurisdiction.  As you know it is IMPOSSIBLE to establish jurisdiction and jurisdiction can be challenged at any time in the proceedings.  The judge should immediately drop the charges.
3. Make the prosecutor produce the corpus dilecti (use that exact term).  If there is no injured party there can be no crime.
4. Do not be bound by statutes and codes.  The Constitution is the only law and it says that travelling is a right and cannot be overridden by statutes and codes which are not laws.
5. Point out that you have no contract with the cops that stopped you nor the court.  If you did not agree to the arrest they cannot charge you.

If these do not work, logon to You Tube and research the legal advisor "Squeek."  He has never lost a case.
