FBI considering “upgrading” gun background check system… What could possibly go wrong…
What they cannot do legislatively, they will do through a bureaucracy.

They can't even follow through on known "problem children" in order to prevent mass shootings, so they wanna fix what ain't broke.

It's better - to them - than admitting they can't effectively manage massive bureaucracies full of apathetic clock punchers.
