Hey, that's right...they used to hang around on streetcorners and shoot hoops over by the high school, but now not so much. What has that EVIL woman done to the penguins?


Oh, wait...penguins tend to hang near the OTHER POLE, MANY THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY.

There could be the same number of birds.  It's just that some of them as dressing more casual.

Oh! You're talking about the ninja penguin escapees. The ones that TiT trained to guard the south pole but then they used their training to escape to the north pole.
