Title: Woman Tries to Lure People's Dog Into Busy Street

This woman tried to lure some Asian people's dog out into the street because it wasn't on a leash.  Before that she harassed and tried to harm kids on skateboards.

She's in NYC so there's an 80% chance she's democrat.  She's trying to get everyone else to obey the rules, even though they are not harming her, so that takes her chances of being a democrat to 100%.

In NYC with the catch & release policy they have punching her would have been worth the trouble.

Just dress up in enough black face (don't forget the hands and forearms) to convince everyone you are black.  Then wail away and no one will do a damn thing.
