It's always something for which there is no evidence of any kind, and always conforms to the speaker's own wishes.

That would be a reference to the "Christian God".

The left still hasn’t figured out that the separation of church and state has to do with the desire not to be like the English throne where the king/queen was also the head of the Church of England. It never meant “God and His laws are to be disregarded.”
Of course, they don’t want to see it. To accept God is to recognize that one will eventually be held accountable. The last thing the left wants to do is to be held accountable to anything that doesn’t agree with their ideology.

What the hell does HL have to do with anything? Nothing in the USC says you may NOT practice your religion nor use it as a guideline to your VOLUNTARY employee benefits.
As usual, the left sees "freedom of religion" as "freedom FROM religion" and expects the State to enforce their religion of atheism on everyone.
