Black men have suffered the most in America.

They were buck broken, hung, dismembered, beaten — emasculated, made to watch their women be raped and bear their oppressors’ children.

They have been robbed of their dignity and then looked at in disdain for being undignified.

They’ve been in chains and now behind bars more than any group in history.

America hates blacks — especially black men.

1. from your description

it sounds like black women suffered just as much

2. Women suffered badly but men even more. Women aren't targets today like black men continue to be.

I’m sure many think that they should get over it and slowly they are but the recent assaults by police and anti BLM racism seem to be a way to keep them down.

16. How does one get over it when Black men are still killed over Skittles or less.

5. Plenty of folks in this country are not racist. You cannot judge others, or paint them with a broad brush. Just my two cents.

22. America is many things - none of which apply to every single person in the country.

Trying to distract from the OP's point about the systemic racism that still plagues this country in general and Black men in particular with the "not ALL Americans" (translation, "not ALL white people" semantic game isn't a good look.

25. Here, I'll clarify. I don't see how it's useful to pit the suffering of Black men against that of Black women, and the suffering of Black people against that of other minorities, within the white supremacist system of the United States of America. At the same time, while I resist comparing suffering, I *also* don't think that Black men are seen as the least worthy of community care in this white supremacist system. Black and Native women are. That's where my "bullshit" comment came from, and I apologize for sounding dismissive.

28. I don't think the OP is pitting anyone against each other.

They're highlighting the extraordinary hardships that Black men have. You may not agree with them, but that doesn't make the OP "bullshit."

15. we are all humans doing life we come into this world and end up by happenstance in different circumstances. I could be an Iraqi, or Chinese, or Russian, or a black American. No matter what it would still be the only life I have. It appears as though there is no way I could survive in another ones shoes, but I know this is not true. We humans adapt. We bend. We laugh, we love, and we live, ..until we die.

27. This isn't a contest

We have to fix America so that it works for everyone. We have a long way to go. And we have to be mindful of all the groups that have suffered, how they've suffered, and that we owe it to them to fix it.

30. This is an unpleasant topic not a contest.

Calling this BS or pointing to other groups all lives matter.

My intention was to provoke thought not to be divisive.

Yes indigenous people suffered. So do black men. Fifty percent of arrests in America are of blacks primarily men.

Fifty percent of those exonerated are guess who? Guess what gender?

These acts have gone on for centuries.

What other groups have been affected for a similar length of time?

>Black men have suffered the most in America.

Good grief these leftist scum are just plain dumb.

Look at the evidence of crime, murder and mayhem and it is a majority of the minority harming others.  To be so ignorant and dumb requires being a DUmp democrat scum or a liar.   Keep your filth out of my town buttheads.  lest you be gone idiots.  GFY scum.

Do either of these moonbats fall into the categories they are trying to show has suffered the most?

Yes it is to the moonbats.  Who has suffered the most and who will suffer the most to make it up to those who suffered the most.  Who gets maximum reparations and who gets the virtue signaling points for talking up those reparations (not actually paying them, that's for evil rich people to do).

At most, the ironically named Star Moron live love laugh described blacks' lives at some times in some parts of the US.

The reality in which I grew up was rather different. Born when Eisenhower was present, the small rural California Central Valley town near my home was not segregated - not businesses, not housing, not schools, not churches. My parents were born in the Wilson Administration and also grew up in or near that same town, and it was not segregated then. It may never have been, but because my grandparents came from elsewhere I can't go back another generation wrt that town.

ETA: I should add that the church in which my Dad grew up had zero black, Hispanic, or Asian members when he was growing up. That services were in German and during fellowship times German was most commonly or universally spoken probably had something to do with that.

...

Proggies have a hierarchy of Victimhood. Some of it is fixed - East and South Asians are in the lower-archy, And Joooos dropped out of Victimhood in the early-mid 60s. OTOH, some of it is positionally fluid, with blacks, LGBTQWUVXYZ, and Muslims constantly vying for Top Victim.

OTOH, in Proggies' hierarchy of Oppressorhood I'm in the Apex Oppressor class. :rotf:
