What crimes has Donald Trump committed?
Nobody can prove anything on Donald Trump. They just don't have the proof.
But, what crimes do you think he has committed?
Why is it so difficult to bring charges against him?
it's a poll...
34 votes, 0 passes | Time left: Unlimited
Tax Fraud 0 (0%)
Bank Fraud 1 (3%)
Insurance Fraud 0 (0%)
Election Fraud 1 (3%)
Money Laundering 0 (0%)

None of the above 0 (0%)
All of the above 31 (91%)

1. He has confessed to, and even committed, many of his crimes on TV.
So I can't agree with the premise of your poll. We have proof of many of his crimes.

2. How long did it take to issue an indictment in YOUR criminal justice career?
Why is it so difficult to bring charges against him?
Because "we know he did it" isn't the legal basis for an indictment. Unless you're claiming that Garland, James and Vance are incompetent, you're just going to have to wait.

4. The question is what crimes hasn't he committed?
I think I am safe with cattle rustling and illegal gill netting.

7. You left out sexual assault.

9. Well, I guess we're about to find out. n/t
On what basis have you determined that 'they just don't have the proof'?
Who said it was 'difficult to bring charges against him'? If the proof is there, there is no difficulty at all. Putting a legal case together takes time - so the question here is: do you want it fast and sloppy, or do you want it slow and iron-clad?
I imagine that the SDNY DA will bring a charge against Trump in January 2022 in order to **** up the mid-term election and drag it out into the 2024 election cycle for President, which, after a Dem wins with the largest numbers ever, :whatever: , will drop all the charges...

10. I believe he's done them all, but I don't know if any can be proven
That's why I'm rooting for the County, State and Federal prosecutors.

14. There is proof. He was just good at dodging
accountability because of the illusion of great wealth he created.
And you forgot rape on your list.

With all the horse shit around here I just know there's a pony under it!
Did kt's list include, "Clubbed HilLIARy like a baby seal and gave her pelt to Melania to wear at the Inauguration"?

They left out his most heinous offense: Orange Man Bad

3. All of them?
I don't mean "all of the above". I mean every crime that's a crime.
Wow, high level reasoning there. Is that every crime that's a crime under federal, state, or local law? What about foreign laws? Did the Orange Man break all of them too?

16. "Why is it so difficult to bring charges against him?" - Because 50% of humanity have IQs below 100.
And they are checking "all of the above" in this poll. ::)
Hyperbole is not an easy weapon to wield, and doing so incorrectly usually results in self inflicted injuries that the victim somehow doesn't notice.

That's the best strategy. Charge him with everything, but leave out those 2 and you can't lose.

He stole the women and raped the horses! Wait....

Maybe it will bring the primitives comfort to know that Donald Trump is serving consecutive life sentences on Earth2 for insurrection, treason, violating the Logan Act, and soliciting Russian prostitutes to pee on a bed that Obama once slept in. President Hillary threw the book at him.
