Well, yeah... that's because in the USA it's not a crime.

"Michelle Obama's former Secret Service agent says she 'could do nothing' when witnessing racist
slurs directed at the former first lady"

Poumpouras told Insider there was no protocol in place for dealing with spoken or written forms of racism.
"I could do nothing," she told Insider. "There's freedom of speech in the United States, and even if I personally feel that speech is wrong, the law doesn't give me the power to take that person's speech away."
Poumpouras added that the only way she would be allowed to intervene would be if she thought the first lady or president was in danger of physical harm.
"When it came to speech, they could call them names," she said. "They could say whatever they wanted so long as there was no imminent threat of harm."

Protocols were in place, however, for dealing Obama mask wearing rodeo clowns--fired and banned for life.

Actually, there is. It's called the First Amendment. Speaking stupidity is protected speech.

I can only imagine the racism and misogyny that would be directed towards Candace Owens if she ran for office.

I notice no specific slurs mentioned nor the frequency that such things occurred. A line about one time seeing a "shockingly racist" sign on a bridge. I suppose you have to buy the book to get the details and evidence, or is this just a professional bouncy?
