This bill is sponsored by a democrat named Josh Newman who previously was a republican but recalled in 2018 when he was the deciding vote for the globull warming gas tax every resident in California suffes.
He ran as a democrat in the 2020 sham election and barely defeated his opponent thanks to ballot harvesting. He's doing this because he has an ax to grind in regards to recalls and needs to be recalled again

I fear for the half-dozen or so conservatives that still stubbornly hang on and live in Commiefornia. Even Ben Shapiro threw in the towel and fled to Floriduh, where at least the governor is sane.
