Last night, my son asked me to protect his mom.
We were talking about the recent events and escalating hate directed at the Black, Asian, and LGBTQ community and he asked me what I was going to do about it.
I'm a white guy. My wife is Asian and my son looks Asian as well. We are blood. Our bond is very deep and my love for him and his mother knows no bounds.
I've had to deal with this before, bullying of my son in school to the point where he would no longer ride the bus, because he was to afraid and done with the continual taunting, a pair of racists trying to run my wife and I off the road, while brandishing a pistol (fortunately, they were in a beater truck and we were in a Mercedes, so I was able to lose them easily). My wife has had a redneck boss tell her he could not understand her and FORCE her to take an ESL course in order to continue her job (she spoke better English than that dumb hick).
The above were all relatively minor to my biggest fear, racist attacks on their body. I have been fighting it since the 60's.
Then we spend four years with this dumb ****ing fake rich guy and his turd entourage and they make it OK to openly target, beat and kill, my loves and anyone that does not look like them.
Now, his 'fake christian" followers want to talk about feeling cancelled if they use hateful speech. They want to play the ****ing victim. Really? Really? Their the victim? What the absolute bizzarro world bullshit is making them say such a stupid ignorant thing, oh yea, an ex-Dumpster Fire pResident and his clan of Turd droppings.
**** Them.
Non-whites have been the victim for far to long.
Like that 70 year old woman who grabbed a 2 x 4 and beat that racist "white" **** half to death, we are done sitting down. I am done protesting.
I promised my son I would protect his mom and asked him to be careful (like I have so many, many, many times before).

My wife is Asian and is developing extreme anxiety over the recent events, to the point that she doesn’t want to leave the house out of fear. I’ve been trying to explain to her that giving in to fear lets these assholes win. However, that’s hard to do when you’re genuinely in fear that some crazed Trump rando will blame you for his election loss simply because of your ethnicity and try to hurt you.
If a mother ****er says or tries something when I’m with my family. Well, I’ve been waiting for an excuse to punch a Nazi.

After reading how none of the onlookers did anything to help that elderly Asian woman, after the numerous attacks on so many, after 172 f'n woman-hating assholes voted AGAINST VAWA, it is going everywhere with me. Not because I am frightened, but because I am ANGRY.

Star Moron cayugafalls has been "fighting it since the 60's" and has a school age son? :rotf: I don't have to do any Math to point out that that would make Star Moron cayugafalls old enough to be his son's grandfather. That said, Wilkes-Barre (in or near which he may live) has had Dem mayors since 1972, so there may be some anti-Asian racism among all those Dems.

Sadly, the lady's attacker was nowhere near death. It happened in the Prog bastion of SF, and unlike many/most such attacks here in the Bay Area, the attacker was white. Whether he was a lucid racist or a homeless mental case or druggie who thought his victim was the proverbial watermelon, I don't know.
ETA: Per thos Fox News article, https://www.foxnews.com/us/asian-woman-70-fights-back-against-attacker-in-san-francisco-witnesses , it appears that the guy is a suspect in a previous attack:
San Francisco police said a 39-year-old man is being investigated for the attack and another one on an 83-year-old Asian man Wednesday, according to KPIX. Police did not specify if the man from the video, who was not identified, was the suspect under investigation or if race was deemed a factor in the alleged assaults.
I think real racists are a bit more cunning than this guy, so I'm going to guess he's a druggie or mental case.

How soon they forget. Just a few short months ago, DUmmies lauded big liberal universities for excluding Asian people from being included in scholarships and grants for minorities because they are always over represented in universities.
Asians are smart and hard working.(Mostly true stereotype.) They don't need to play the victim card.

Police said officers from the Tenderloin Station first received reports of an assault in the area of 7th and Market streets at around 10:10 a.m.. Arriving officers found two victims — an 83-year-old Vietnamese man named Ngoc Pham and a 75-year-old Asian woman, later identified as Xie.
After Xie attacked Jenkins and he was arrested, both victims were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said officers took custody of Jenkins after he was detained by a nearby security guard. Witnesses told officers that Jenkins was involved in a physical altercation in U.N. Plaza approximately 30 minutes prior to the two assaults.
Following the altercation at U.N. Plaza, Jenkins approached Pham as he walked away from the nearby farmer’s market and assaulted him. The security guard was informed of the assault and pursued Jenkins on foot. Police said that it was as Jenkins fled the area that he assaulted Xie and she retaliated. The security guard was then able to detain Jenkins until officers arrived.
The article doesn't mention much of Jenkins' history, but some SF homeless have gotten pretty aggressive. Committing two assaults after an "altercation", the second one while being pursued is pretty dumb ... or less than lucid. FWIW, denizens of SF's tenderloin often are not models of lucidity and productivity.

Most the videos I've seen of Asians being assaulted have been by blacks. They have always hated Asians because Asians succeed in America. They have yet to figure out why they succeed> because they work and have strong family units.

I feel sorry for the cayugafalls primitives son. There's very little that can be done to protect him from the stupidity of his parents, and that's where the real crimes exists.
